A $100.00 deposit must be paid to reserve the use of the Sanctuary. The date and
time of the reservation will not be guaranteed without a deposit. The deposit is
refundable only if cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled
date.

The custodial fee is waved for members if the Sanctuary is cleaned in an
acceptable manner after use.

Karen Gilliland Packer Retreat Center - Fellowship Hall use includes basic kitchen items such as the coffee makers,
refrigerator and stove. It does not include expendable items such as coffee,
paper products, etc. Karen Gilliland Packer Retreat Center - Fellowship Hall rental fees are given to the Women's
Fellowship for use in replacing items that run out over time.

Complete Kitchen includes the use of pans, flatware, dishes, etc., but does not
include expendable items such as coffee, paper products, etc. When a non-member
uses the complete kitchen, a member of the Women's Fellowship is to be hired to
supervise the kitchen at $10.00/hr.
